+Is the food halal?
Yes. All our meat is halal.
+How do weekly group orders work?
Each week we open a batch for a dish, like Saturday Kachchi. You order as few as 2–3 plates. Once the batch reaches its minimum plate count by the deadline, it's confirmed, and we cook and deliver on the listed day.
+What if the batch doesn't reach the minimum?
The batch is cancelled and you are not charged. The hold on your card is released automatically. You can join the next week's batch instead.
+When is my card charged?
When you order, we only place a hold on your card. It's charged only after the batch is confirmed.
+Can I pay with Zelle or cash?
Yes. Choose pay on delivery at checkout and pay by Zelle or cash when your food arrives.
+Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver within our service area for a small delivery fee. A pickup option is coming soon.
+Can our organization pay by check?
Yes. For event catering, checks can be made out to Bengal Tiger Catering LLC. We can provide a W-9 and an invoice.
